While not rising to the standard of must-attend event like Swatch Group's annual blowout in November, Soiffer Haskin's Tourneau sale at 317 West 33rd Street in Manhattan offers some compelling deals.

The event features both new and pre-owned watches 50-70 percent off retail prices, excluding Rolex and Patek Philippe timepieces. Doors are open 9:00am to 6:30pm daily. Soiffer Haskin accepts credit cards only and you must have a photo ID to enter the building. No strollers or children under 12 allowed.
